What You'll Learn

Like many community colleges, Central Arizona College (CAC) faces a constant juggling act – managing numerous initiatives with limited resources and an overextended staff. In summer 2024, CAC’s leadership team took a bold step to change that by adopting the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) framework, a strategic planning approach that requires simplification and focus – two things that do not come easily.

Using ZogoTech’s platform as a “decision theater,” the team analyzed thousands of data points to identify the areas of greatest need for improvement. From there, they established their Wildly Important Goal (WIG) and built custom reports, dashboards, and data models to drive targeted improvements – starting with transforming the new student experience.

Join Dustin Maroney, Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness at CAC, as he shares how this initiative is driving real change. Learn how your institution can apply similar strategies to streamline priorities, focus on what matters most, and use data to create meaningful improvements.
