This session will introduce how Delaware County Community College (DCCC) transformed its decision-making culture by shifting stakeholders from waiting for lengthy data reports to taking a proactive approach in gaining insights through data. Through innovative guidance and support from the Institutional Research (IR) office, deans, faculty, and staff are now empowered to independently access and analyze data, enabling them to make informed, real-time decisions that improve student success and institutional effectiveness.
