Chattanooga State Community College
Ever wonder what impact a strong data team could have on your campus? At Chattanooga State Community College (ChSCC), the journey to become a data-informed institution began with critical human infrastructure change. This session aims to shed light on how the ChSCC Data Team (led by our dedicated campus faculty) was able to catalyze institutional change and better prepare the college for adopting an analytics infrastructure that has since become a critical tool for understanding student populations, opportunities, where to frame new programming, and track the impact of interventions. The ripple effects of this cultural shift have been profound, leading to tangible results in terms of completion rates and success rates for our Top 20 Enrolled Classes.
