Most community colleges are drowning in data and starving for quick answers. At Arkansas Northeastern College, we stopped relying on gut instinct and one person who “just knew how to run the reports.” Now, daily enrollment reports broken down by age, gender, ethnicity, and major land in leadership inboxes every morning. Course success and withdrawal rates go to Deans every term. Faculty pull their own numbers.

The result: real conversations, real decisions, real change – including restructured placement scores and the elimination of late registration. Same data. Same logic. Every department. No excuses.
