Kilgore College

Where No Student Is Invisible

Kilgore College, a public community college in northeast Texas, has spent years focused on removing barriers so more students can succeed. Watch as Dr. Staci Martin, Interim President, and several students share what that support looks like in real life – balancing work, family, caregiving, and personal challenges while faculty and staff stay closely engaged so students do not fall through the cracks.

To strengthen that mission, Kilgore paired its student-first culture with ZogoTech to turn data into action at scale. With clearer, more actionable insights, the college can identify students who are closer to completion than they realize – including those who already met graduation requirements but had not been awarded a credential – and proactively guide students back when they only have “a little bit more to go,” reinforcing Kilgore’s commitment that no student is invisible.

What you’ll learn in the video:

  • How Kilgore College uses actionable data to remove barriers and support student success.
  • How the college finds and awards unrecognized completions (degrees and certificates).
  • How automation helps scale completion work across every student and program.
“ZogoTech has been really helpful for us - it's great to have resources at our fingertips rather than having to comb through a lot of manual things. They have helped us to really have actionable data that is meaningful and produces pretty immediate outcomes for us, and most importantly our students.”
