Testing Centers

Estudias for Testing Centers software is helping directors better manage instructional test-taking.   Testing Center directors can:

• Increase Speed - students can scan their ID and Estudias will suggest the correct test.  Students can check-in in seconds rather than minutes.
• Improve Accuracy - allow Estudias to automatically suggest the correct test based on the test dates, student eligibility and class schedule downloaded from your student information system (i.e. Datatel Colleague, PeopleSoft, SCT Banner).
• Improve Authentication - identify students based on photo, student ID, name, or class schedule. 
• Predict Workload - graphically view which tests are ending and when, allowing directors to better manage staff schedules (see report: Anticipated Workload)

Sample Reports
Here are some of the reports that can be generated through Estudias.  Any of the reports below can be filtered based on class, test ending dates, faculty member, etc.

Have Taken Test  - view a detailed listing of students who have taken a test, when they entered, when they exited, how long they took and which test copy they used.  Note: all information is randomized.

Test Detail  - view a detailed listing of tests being offered

Tests Given by Day  - view a duplicated and unduplicated headcount of how many students took tests by day of week, by hour, etc. (coming in version 2.0)
