At-risk indicators
Estudias Enterprise includes
customizable at-risk indicators to tell advisors if a student is retaking a class, has experienced a
significant drop in GPA, is enrolled in "gateway"
classes or has missed tutoring sessions,
among others. Schools can proactively reach out to these students
to get them to support services.

View students by groups such as
retaking classes, enrolled in "gateway" classes,
by cohort, enrolled by term, by major, waiting list.
- Contacts
One click
to contact any students in a group (i.e. send
emails, print mailing labels or even mail merge letters to all
students receiving financial aid who have dropped below 12
hours).Record contacts, either one by
one or in batch for future reference, auditing and reporting
(i.e. busiest times of day, service impact, trends over time).
- Measure impact of services
Compare groups of students to show project performance
(i.e. students receiving services students eligible for
services, but not receiving services; and students not
eligible for services).
- Easily Customize
Allow all groups to use a common interface, store
information in a common, secure interface, while still having
access to department-specific custom fields.
- Specialized Modules
Estudias includes modules for groups like
TRIO, Perkins, and Testing
Centers. These include the specialized logic for
